I visited Apollo Spectra koramangala for ACL reconstruction surgery. My doctor only suggested to get the surgery done there. The whole process including the corporate insurance process was seamless. All the staffs are very caring and helpful. Had a good experience with them.read more

Today I had an appointment with a doctor in Apollo spectra.. .Doctors are great..but the receptionist sitting in front office doesnt know how to speak to the clients..has a very bad attitude and insulting when asked questions..we had to go 5 times and ask for registration.. pathetic..pls change this lady and keep some responsible person there.read more

Had a very good experience here. Underwent a surgery under Dr Manas Ranjan- Very professional doctor- explained all details regarding my problem and the surgery very clearly and was very reassuring. Service was good- nurses and f&b staff were very attentive. Housekeeping staff were very regular and made sure the room was always neat.read more

Extremely unprofessional interm of how they manage appointment and honoring appointment time they commit, most of doctors are visiting here. They call doctor after patient reach and tell you doctor will be available in 10 minutes but it takes more than 1 hr. This consistently happened three times. I won't consultant in future here.read more

This hospital is very good. The staffs are very cordial and courteous. The maintenance and cleanliness were really good. They testing equipments and other accessories were good. Lift facility is available. The two wheeler Parking is in the side of the hospital. Four wheeler parking is a bit tough job.read more

Had my mother's Total Knee Replacement done under Dr.Rewat Laxman who is a great surgeon, very well behaved & cooperative
& explained everything in detail. Physiotherapist was also very friendly & made sure patient was recovering in a good rate. Management system here is very active & regularly enquired about every minute detail. Last but not the least the nursing & the housekeeping staffs were very friendly & took very good care of the patient, maintain proper hygiene. Giving it a 4 stars so that they continue to provide even better service. In overall had a great experience & would highly recommend it to anyone seeking any kind of medical or surgical help.read more

I used to go to Nova as my first pref. After it became Apollo Spectra, went there for the first time, and it was quite bad, unprofessional...possibly the worst I have seen...the issues I faced included
1. Unavailability of support staff and receptionist even during standard hrs...and no, am not talking about one off incident.
2. False/ wrong information provided by front office ...and no not even apologetic about it....
3. Unavailability of basic infrastructure..
4.Lack of standard hygiene...very shocking for a hospital.
BTW, I went for an elder member of my family to see Dr. Dileep Dhanpal...and my review as of now does not include my views on diagnosis.
I have details in case someone really wants to dig deeper.

My uncle was treated with dignity, courtesy and respect. The staffs were patient, knowledgeable, caring, pleasant and kind. It seemed obvious that they are well trained. I particularly loved the IP nursing team for their biggest contribution in facilitating my uncle's speedy recovery.read more
