The hospital may be good for treatment but their procedure for discharge sucks the doctor gave a discharge at 820am but till 739pm as I write they are unable get me discharged from hospital claiming some billing issues , system not working and insurance company they are not coornating Don't know how they care for the customer and patient's. Look at the pathetic service and only if Dr Reddy family can look into this. This is not only with us but also with also other patients . You may check with all Your people are ready to mint money but not ready See the way your people talk in the floor

You can meet the doctor only after prior appointment. The hospital seems to be clean, but I was infected with cold, watery eyes, after coming out of the hospital. The cosmetic clinic is in first floor, but the doctor whom I met just wrote some expensive creams and medicines. She seems to be a marketing person rather than a doctor. I will not prefer to meet skin doctor here, anymore. The staffs are not much friendly. They didn’t care much for our queries.

Very good doctors. But, patient care is not good. Tried to patient care extn 222 couple of times to make compliant about Room Number 505's rest room issue. The doors is jammed. Can't open and close .No one is picking up the phone. Patent's kit is not given in time and paper napkin is not provided even i made many request until 2 days. Given humble request for speed up the discharge formalities in advance as my mother is 78 years old. But, they are taking their own time even i went each desk personally to speed up the process from 4 pm. Waiting for summary report until 6.30pm. no luck. As it is an insurance claim, now i need to wait for 3 hrs to get approval. Really get disappointed with the slow process and not taking care of patient's request.

My father underwent knee transplant surgery here under Dr. Senthil Kamalasekaran's care. We were totally impressed with the treatment, service quality and the staff behaviour. Hygiene standards were top notch. Overall extremely satisfied.

Service is good. Rooms are awesome with beach view. Bit costly but if u have an insurance then not a problem.

I went for a health check up today. Though it was scheduled at 8am, nobody was there to attend for quite some time. There was no coordination among the staff and the response was pathetic for any queries. I ended up spending 5-6 hours for something that should have taken max 3 hours. The whole operation seemed to be pretty adhoc, and not process driven.

Been here for health checkup. The hospital was very clean and hygienic. The staff was very nice in explaining us various procedures. I would like to thank Ms.Hema, one of the front desk executives, for her amazing support.

My mother had surgery here recently. Very good nursing team. Great food(healthy not so spicy). Canteen Service was also good. Only problem - AC was not working in our room so it was quite difficult to stay. Housekeeping could be better.

Excellent service provided at Apollo Spectra, MRC Nagar. Very courteous staff, patient and lovely service by the nurses and by the other staff as well Room service was great except that the room we stayed , 506, had a water leakage from the a/c vent. They agreed to change the room for us immediately. Food is okay and decent. Overall, great experience

Excellent service pre and post operative period. Great nursing team with passion for utmost patient care and support. Good housekeeping team who are always at call. Overall great experience but with a cost.

The ambience is very peaceful. We are very thankful to Dr. Krishna Kumar Raja. He is treating us very well. The staff nurses are very caring, friendly and responsive to our needs, especially on night duty calls. The house keeping management were very good and neat.

Had admitted my mother for a knee replacement. Doctor's service is excellent, Dr Sudhakar Williams is a gentleman and caring, ensures that his patients are very comfortable, hard to find such a person in this commercial world. Overall the service of the hospital is good, the ambience is wonderful and one does not feel like you are in a hospital. Polite staff and they hear and attend to your needs. Highly recommended.

It is a nice hospital in close vicinity to the sea. They have really good courteous staffs, nurses and doctors who regularly keep the patient over monitoring. Infrastructure is really appreciating as they even meet all the minimal requirements of the patients through service and infra. Would recommend people for a better health with minimal time for recovery.

Very good Service and attention. The room is clean and well maintained. The Doctor was excellent and the communication regarding the approach to treatment was very lucid. The maintenance staff were very efficient and attentive. The reception staff was good and the admission process was completed quickly. The food service needs to be looked into and quality to be improved. What we had today was very spicy and hot (pungent).

Compared to the reviews posted earlier, I ask myself am I in the right hospital? Starting with whats right- the room is spacious and comfortable. Some of the staff , particularly IT were very helpful and nice, however the biggest lacuna is in the poor level of nursing with a few exceptions, and what appears to be staff shortages. The junior doctors had non existent bedside manner and were clearly uninterested in their job- perhaps the cream are not getting recruited here? At the Consultant level things are fine. The physiotherapist assigned to my family member was good ,and motivated the patient. My biggest disappointment was that this hospital did not come even remotely close to the brand name Apollo that I expected. I think the senior management needs to do more walkabouts visiting patients and their families to ascertain the real feedback and act upon it. If not, Apollo Spectra will be on the runway, trying desperately to take off. Is anybody listening?
