The ambience is very peaceful. We are very thankful to Dr. Krishna Kumar Raja. He is treating us very well. The staff nurses are very caring, friendly and responsive to our needs, especially on night duty calls. The house keeping management were very good and neat.

Had admitted my mother for a knee replacement. Doctor's service is excellent, Dr Sudhakar Williams is a gentleman and caring, ensures that his patients are very comfortable, hard to find such a person in this commercial world. Overall the service of the hospital is good, the ambience is wonderful and one does not feel like you are in a hospital. Polite staff and they hear and attend to your needs. Highly recommended.

It is a nice hospital in close vicinity to the sea. They have really good courteous staffs, nurses and doctors who regularly keep the patient over monitoring. Infrastructure is really appreciating as they even meet all the minimal requirements of the patients through service and infra. Would recommend people for a better health with minimal time for recovery.

Very good Service and attention. The room is clean and well maintained. The Doctor was excellent and the communication regarding the approach to treatment was very lucid. The maintenance staff were very efficient and attentive. The reception staff was good and the admission process was completed quickly. The food service needs to be looked into and quality to be improved. What we had today was very spicy and hot (pungent).

Compared to the reviews posted earlier, I ask myself am I in the right hospital? Starting with whats right- the room is spacious and comfortable. Some of the staff , particularly IT were very helpful and nice, however the biggest lacuna is in the poor level of nursing with a few exceptions, and what appears to be staff shortages. The junior doctors had non existent bedside manner and were clearly uninterested in their job- perhaps the cream are not getting recruited here? At the Consultant level things are fine. The physiotherapist assigned to my family member was good ,and motivated the patient. My biggest disappointment was that this hospital did not come even remotely close to the brand name Apollo that I expected. I think the senior management needs to do more walkabouts visiting patients and their families to ascertain the real feedback and act upon it. If not, Apollo Spectra will be on the runway, trying desperately to take off. Is anybody listening?
