We were here for a surgery. During our brief stay, the staff were extremely courteous, the hospital was spic and span. They make everything so comfortable that you wonder if you are at a hospital or a 5 star hotel. Mr. Mukesh the hospital head needs a special mention!

We had great experience in Apollo Spectra (Alwarpet). All the staff were kind enough (i.e. nurse, housekeeping, admin) and very supportive went beyond their responsibilities. We never felt that we are in the hospital, the people around us made home environment. It's very important that I have to mention Mr Surya from Insurance department who played critical role in settling my bills (guided me from the start, assisted me with tips and suggestion towards the closure - very accountable) I want to thank Mukesh who responded to all my queries and assisted us. Great service minded people.

Pros:The hospital is very clean and well maintained. The nurses are also very good. Ever smiling and very good hospitality. Cons: In all the areas the nurses and the ayyas are communicating loudly and this seems unprofessional and felt disturbed inspite of having anesthesia. Either in recovery room or the OT. Should change this immediately. The juice being served in plastic cups and straw. Very poor billing service. If you are in a hurry push them otherwise you will stay here forever.

Very nice staff. Sometimes you need to followup to make sure you are progressing in the health check up queue. They provide good breakfast which is a plus

Thanks to Mr.Surya insurance team, who seamlessly handled our insurance and very well supportive to patients where he fought for us and got almost 200+ percentage extra from insurance team all this was possible only by his constant support and fight with insurance team...very dedicated and always approachable at odd hours too... Thank you so much with your support it was so helpful today for us.....rare to see such supportive n dedicated people now a days who fights for patients and does justice to the maximum extent.... excellent support sir Thank you so much!

I had come for a general checkup a couple of months back and i was really taken aback by the maintenance of the Apollo Spectra Hospital, Alwarpet. Perhaps the service of the doctors were brilliant.Mr.Madhan Kumar (Health Check)was very kind and patient enough till the end.Overall very much impressed. Probably it's better than other clinics and hospitals. CONTINUE THE HOSPITALITY THROUGHOUT.
