I am a compassionate and experienced mental health professional with over 10 years of expertise in psychological care, supervision, and mental health program development. Currently serving as Senior Consultant – Psychologist at Apollo Spectra Hospitals, Delhi, I offer personalized, evidence-based counseling for individuals and families across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

My areas of specialization include stress, anxiety, depression, maternity and fertility counseling, child development concerns, and emotional support for patients undergoing medical or surgical treatment.
