Weight loss is just a process of your healthy lifestyle. I have been practising nutrition since last 7 years now, and the changes she has witnessed in people are beyond expectations. Her passion towards helping people lead a healthy lifestyle has done wonders to their health. 

She specialises in planning diets for healthy weight loss and lifestyle specific disorders correction. Her approach to nutrition and weight loss is quite patient centred, focussing on their specific needs, and always recommend a balanced meal without making them starve or compromising on their favourite food.
